Michael J. Kaplan, 150 Springside Drive, Akron, OH 44333, Administrator of the Estate of Jerrold T. Burr, Plaintiff vs Ms. Marjorie Burr,  et al., Defendants.

Mr. Edmond or Edmund Burr, whose last known address is unknown and cannot with the exercise of reasonable diligence be ascertained, and upon whom service of summons cannot be had in the State of Ohio, will take notice that on June 3, 2026, Plaintiff, filed an Amended Complaint to Sell Real Estate in the Common Pleas Court of Summit County, Ohio, being Case No. 2026 CV 23, represents that he is the duly appointed and qualified ADMINISTRATOR OF THE ESTATE of the above named JERROLD T. BURR, having been duly appointed as such by Judge Elinore Marsh Stormer on January  9, 2026, in Case Number 2024 ES 1217.

Plaintiff further represents that said Estate is seized of a FEE SIMPLE INTEREST in the following real estate proposed to be sold, located in the County of Summit, State of Ohio, and herein described:

Situated in the City of Akron, County of Summit and State of Ohio:

And known as being Lot Number 19 of the Delia Park No. 1 Allotment as recorded in Plat Book 35, Page 6 of Summit County Records.

that the current value of said real estate as near as can be ascertained was most recently determined by the Fiscal Officer to be $76,870.00 and that the nature of the interest of the Estate in such real estate is FEE INTEREST.

Plaintiff further represents that the defendants, Ms. Marjorie Burr, Ms. April Burr, and Ms. Adrienne Burr are all the persons entitled to the next estate of inheritance, in such real estate who are known or believed to reside in the State of Ohio, that the defendants, Mr. Robert H. Burr and Mr. Edmond (or Edmund) Burr, are additional persons entitled to the next estate of inheritance in such real estate who are believed to reside outside the State of Ohio. The address of Mr. Edmond (or Edmund) Burr is unknown and that the defendant, FISCAL OFFICER OF SUMMIT COUNTY, OHIO are the other persons who may claim to hold any claim of right, title, or interest in or to said real estate or any part thereof, who are necessary parties to this action and it is necessary to sell the real estate to pay bills and to administer the Estate in an orderly and efficient manner. 

The Plaintiff therefore prays that he may be authorized and ordered to sell the Ward's 100 per cent interest in said real estate according to the statutes in such case made and provided, to employ and pay a real estate broker if needed in the sale of the real estate herein described, and for all other proper orders and relief to which plaintiff may be entitled in the premises.

Said above named Defendant will further take notice that he is required to answer the Complaint on or before the 10th day of August 2026.
