Unknown next-of-kin, heirs-at-law, devisees, and legatees of Julia A. Perry. whose last known addresses are unknown, will take notice that on the August 19, 2025, Plaintiff, filed a Complaint for Determination of Heirship in the Common Pleas Court, Probate Division of Summit County, Ohio, being Case No. 2025 CV 00098, requesting that this Court determine who are the next-of-kin, heirs-at-law, devisees and legatees, their Executors, Administrators and Assigns of Julia A. Perry, deceased, entitled by the laws of the State of Ohio to share in the Estate of Julia A. Perry, and determine the share to which each next-of-kin, heirs-at-law, devisees and legatees, their Executors, Administrators and Assigns are entitled to, according to the Statute of Descent and Distribution, Section 2105.06 of the Ohio Revised Code, in such cases, and for such other and further relief as the Court may determine.

Said above named Defendants will further take notice that they are required to answer the Complaint on or before the 14th day of October 2025.
