Notice is hereby given that Cai'Nylah Marie Johnson, by Caitlin Hartman his/her Mother and Next Friend, Case No. 2025 CN 00219, has applied to the Common Pleas Court, Probate Division of Summit County, Ohio, for an order to change his/her name to Cai'Nylah Marie Hartman.

Said application will be heard in said Court, at 9:00 A.M., on the 14th day of July 2025, at Probate Court, Summit County Court House, Akron, Ohio 44308-1668.
