Notice is hereby given that Rae'Marie Lynn Scarbrough, by Stacy Frum his/her Legal Guardian and Next Friend, Case No. 2026 CN 00313, has applied to the Common Pleas Court, Probate Division of Summit County, Ohio, for an order to change his/her name to Rae'Marie Lynn Frum.
