Sealed proposals for tree services to include maintenance, line clearance, and trimming or removal in Cuyahoga Falls on an as-needed basis for a period of three (3) years will be received in the Office of the Director of Public Service, Municipal Building, 2310 Second Street, Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, until 12:00 noon, WEDNESDAY, MAY 27, 2026. Bids will be opened at that time in Conference Room A, Municipal Building, 2310 Second Street, Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio.

Detailed information and blank proposals may be obtained in the office of the Electric Department for Twenty-Five Dollars ($25.00) per copy, with no refund, or may be requested electronically, at no charge, by contacting electricdept@cityofcf.com.

Bidders must use the forms provided therefore, as none other will be accepted. Each proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties making the same, and all parties interested therein, and must be accompanied by a bond or certified check in the amount of $200.00 on a solvent bank, as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, a contract will be entered into. The Director of Public Service reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in any proposal.
