Notice is hereby given that the Plaintiff, Stow Estates MHC, LLC, a manufactured home park owned and operated by Horizon Land Co., intends to petition the Stow Municipal Court located in Summit County to issue a Writ of Execution to obtain title to that certain manufactured home titled in the names of Donna and Gary Tracy. The manufactured home is located at 3560 Orchard Drive, Lot C11, Stow, Ohio 44224.
