In accordance with ORC 1923, and by virtue of a Writ of Execution on Manufactured Home or an Order to Appraise and Sell goods and chattels issued from the Clerk's Office of the Stow Municipal Court in Summit County, Ohio, on the 27TH day of January 2026, and to me directed in the case above named, I, Kandy Fatheree, Sheriff of said County, will offer for sale at Public Auction, ONLINE, in accordance with ORC Section 2329.153 at https://summit.sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov on Friday, the 17th day of April, A.D. 2026, at 10:00 A.M. of said day, with provisional sale on 1st day of May, A.D. 2026, the following described Manufactured/Mobile Home, to-wit:

Property Appraisal or Value $6,576.00
The park operator submitted a notarized affidavit from the Summit County Auditor agreeing with the stated value on the affidavit, as the Summit County Auditor signed the original affidavit attesting to the agreement of the value of the Manufactured Home.
Property cannot be sold for less than 2/3 of the appraised value. Sale subject to liens and mortgages.
Terms of Sale: $2,000.00 Deposit must be on account with Realauction (see online bidding instructions). The entire balance of the purchase price shall be paid by cash or cashier's check ONLY within thirty (30) days after the filling of the Confirmation Entry, to the Summit County Sheriff..
If this sale remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder, at 10:00 A.M., ONLINE at https://summit.sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov under the same terms and conditions on the 1st day of May A.D. 2026. The purchaser shall be responsible for those costs, allowances, and taxes that the proceeds of the sale are insufficient to cover (ORC 2329.26).
The Sheriff's Office nor any of its affiliates have access to the inside of said property, at any time. (This includes appraisals for bank loans.)
Notice: The purchaser has no rights to maintain the Manufactured/Mobile Home or RV in the park once the sale is final without the consent from the Park Owner.
