All of Unit No. 2129 Pine Mill Ridge Condominium Estate #2, Phase VIII as shown and described in the declaration and bylaws of said condominium recorded in Volume 6598, Page 359, et seq., and the First Amendment thereto recorded in Volume 6598, Page 445, et seq., and the Second Amendment thereto recorded in Volume 6677, Page 543 and the Third Amendment thereto recorded in Volume 6706, Page 105 and the Fourth Amendment thereto recorded in Volume 6709, Page 780 and the Fifth Amendment thereto recorded in Volume 6763, Page 529 and the Sixth Amendment thereto recorded in Volume 6781, Page 176 and the Seventh Amendment thereto recorded in Volume 6794, Page 304 and the drawings for said condominium recorded in Plat Book 128, Page 73, et seq., and Plat Book 129, Page 1, et seq., and Plat Book 130, Page 5, et seq., and Plat Book 131, Page 46, et seq., and Plat Cabinet A, Slide 9, et seq., and Plat Cabinet A., Slide 52, et seq., and Plat Cabinet A, Slide 88, et seq., and Plat Cabinet A, Slide 164, et seq., together with the undivided percentage interest in the common areas and facilities declared in said declaration as amended and the exclusive use of Unit G-2129, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

Property appraised at: One Hundred Twenty Thousand Dollars ($120,000.00).

The appraisal was completed based on an exterior view of the property only.

Property cannot be sold for less than 2/3 of the appraised value.

TERMS OF SALE: $5,000.00 Deposit must be on account with Realauction (See online bidding instructions). The entire balance of the purchase price shall be paid by cash or cashier's check ONLY within thirty (30) days after the filing of the Confirmation Entry, to the Summit County Sheriff.

If this sale remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20, at 10:00 a.m., ONLINE at

The purchaser shall pay the actual costs (conveyance and recording) to the Sheriff for the recording of the deed. (ORC 2329.36(C)).

The purchaser shall be responsible for those costs, allowances and taxes that the proceeds of the sale are insufficient to cover. (ORC 2329.52(B))
