The manufactured home is valued at more than $5,878.88. It will be sold “as is” at the Courtroom of the Barberton Municipal Court 576 W. Park Ave, Barberton OH 44203. If a sale is not effectuated on June 12, 2024, a 2nd auction will take place on Wednesday, July 22, 2026 at 2:00 p.m.

TERMS OF SALE: This is a CASH sale. Ten percent (10%) of the purchase price shall be posted at the time of the sale and the balance in cash or certified check to the Clerk of the Barberton Municipal Court by 4:00 PM the following day.
